Like an April Fools joke

Practicing English.

To close the year and in order to practice some English I wanted to write, and collect newspaper notes, about this wonderful journey from "excellence" to "the marine laboratory on land" (or rather, buried) which finally closes definitely with this year 2012.

Next year 2013 will be crossing the desert.

The phrase for the eternity comes from a newspaper: "The team of university governance has failed miserably to Asturias".

The alternative would have been other, also in the newspaper: "The target had to have been to create and strengthen Research and Development groups".

The failed dream was: "A research oriented to value creation and to generation of activity grounded in the knowledge should wait for another opportunity".

At the end, all was like an April Fools joke (in Spanish  "broma de inocentes", in literal translation, "broma de los tontos de abril")

PHASE 1:  ENTHUSIASM

Let's go specialize in energy and be able to achieve an international recognition.
